We are proud to currently deliver our handcrafted creations across the globe. To ensure reliable and hassle-free deliveries both within India and internationally, we have partnered with India Post as well as other trusted private logistics providers.
Shipping Timelines
Typically, we take 2-3 working days to dispatch your order from our workspace. Once dispatched, our logistics partners will usually take an additional 5-6 working days to deliver the package to your location.
A few important points to note regarding your delivery:

Tampered Packaging: If you feel that the packaging of your product has been tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package. Contact us immediately at care@kathadoi.com, mentioning your order reference number and attaching a clear picture of the tampered package.

Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unexpected logistical delays can occasionally happen. In case there is a delay with your delivery, please send us an email at care.kathadoi@gmail.com with your order number, and we will look into it for you.

Lost Shipments: In the unfortunate and rare scenario that your shipment is misplaced or lost en route, we can either resend the order to you (provided the specific dolls or craft items are still in stock), issue a credit note, or reimburse the amount completely. In such cases, we will request that you confirm in writing that you have not received the product. Please note that KathaDoi’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding, and you shall not be entitled to raise further claims.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping within India. International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country, and will be displayed clearly at checkout.
